Cancellation Policy

We respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations / late arrivals.

Client cancelling with less than 24 hours notice or missed appointment will be required to pay a £10 fee.  RRBT kindly requests clients  to arrive on time for their appointments. Client which arrive 15 minutes late will be imposed with a £10 fee. 

Please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to reschedule your appointment. You can e-mail or text message out of hours to cancel. Clients are able to amend their appointments 24/7 which will allow for other clients to be seen faster.

Kindly note on the day of treatment, the client must fully pay before the services start. If you require bank details, kindly contact directly.
